Now, here is a list of some regulation and policies which re employed in Frigorifico >Costanzo S.A. to take care of environment:

» We are prond to work according to the required regulations for the purification of the effluents givin advice to the staff and keeping the norms for the handling of animals.
» We count with a treatment plant of effluents through which the liquid are poured to the exterior pollution –free.
» We have passed a study of environmental impact carried out by the Environmental Department of the Province of Buenos Aires.
» The equipment and installations are submitted to annual studies and checkings of pressure and functioning.
» The gaseous effluents are periodically controlled.
» The plant has a first grade infrastructure, with last generation materials and a recent extension has been built to improve the capacity, quality and attention of our clients.
» We are in a constant renewal of the truck fleet and of the mechanical appliances.

We have engaged ourselves in complying with our environmental policy according to the established regulations in joint action with the official organisms and the San Andres de Giles community where our company is located.

We promote the application of regulations for animal welfare, from the farmland, during transportation and up to the arrival of the animals to the farmyard and the plant, as well us the type of animal sacrifice applied.

Our experience has given us a wide knowledge on animal behavior and its stress. This has permitted us to study it and improve the handling having a greater awareness on the animal rights and the rejection to the abuse of them.

The usage of these regulations makes it possible to give and excellent initial and final quality that is appreciated by the consumer at table.
